Paolo Pendenza

Paolo joined EQUITA at the end of 2013 as head of the Private Debt fund.

In 2022, he was appointed Co-Head of the Alternative Asset Management Division. In April 2025 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of EQUITA Capital SGR.

Prior to EQUITA, Paolo was a partner at BS Investimenti SGR in Milan for 11 years and an Executive Director in Leveraged Finance at Goldman Sachs in London for 9 years.

Paolo holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from NYU Stern in New York and a degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University in Rome.
