Renewable Infrastructures (EGIF)

Renewable Infrastructures

Our Renewable Infrastructure asset class offers investment opportunities in target companies that own renewable energy production facilities.

This type of investment is characterized by stable and predictable flows, low correlation with other traditional asset classes, a long-term perspective, and regular returns.

The Equita Green Impact Fund (EGIF) invests in Renewable Infrastructure with a particular focus on three established technologies, solar, wind and biogas. These investments can optimize the risk/return profile of investors and at the same time contribute to the energy transition and the decarbonization process of the economy.

The projects in which EGIF invests can be at a different stage of development, from late-stage development to ready-to-build to operational.

Italy is the reference market, but the Fund's strategy also includes investments in the rest of Europe - in particular in Spain, Greece and the Nordic countries - to diversify risk and benefit from the peculiar characteristics of certain foreign markets.
