Complaints from clients concerning investment services, collective investment management and ancillary services must be sent in writing to EQUITA Capital SGR’s complaints department at the following address:

EQUITA Capital SGR has adopted procedures to make sure that complaints received from clients are treated as soon as possible. In any case the process for the management of complaints ends within no more than 60 days from the receipt of the complaint. The outcome is sent to clients in writing within that term.
