DSMT is a leading specialized company in Italy engaged in the engineering, design, production, installation, and maintenance of medical gas distribution systems for healthcare facilities. It operates mainly in North-East Italy, with a limited presence in other regions. The Group comprises two distinct legal entities:

▪ DS Medica Tecnologie, founded in 1988 in Noale (VE), specializes in the engineering, design, installation, and maintenance of medical gas distribution systems;

▪ MD, founded in 2006 in Scorzè (VE) initially to supply DS Medica with critical components, is engaged in the production of equipment, components, and accessories for medical gas pipelines.
