Valsa Group is a build-up project aiming to create a leading Italian frozen and chilled pizza manufacturer.

The project was launched in June 2020 with the acquisition of Valpizza, and was implemented with the acquisitions of i) Megic Pizza, ii) C&D, iii) La Pizza +1  and iv) the frozen Business Unit of Panificio Menchetti.
